超导纳米线单光子探测器(SNSPD)利用超导材料对红外光子的响应,产生输出电压脉冲的特点,进行红外弱光信号的探测。响应波段覆盖780nm至1600nm,具有高的探测效率和极低的暗噪声。IDQ提供的超导纳米线单光子探测器系统包括控制电子学,制冷单元及相关软件,提供“Turnkey”整体解决方案,可在量子光学、量子计算、激光雷达和激光通信等领域中应用。
