一体化脉冲半导体激光器驱动集成脉冲电流驱动、多功能任意波形发生器、TEC温度控制和脉冲延迟等功能模块,可对激光管进行直接调制或实现外部调制(AOM、EOM)等功能。谱线科技提供一体化脉冲半导体激光器驱动模块,多种功能集成,特有的调制技术并可调制产生ns脉冲宽度下的任意脉冲形状,并且采用“Gain Switch Peak Suppression”技术抑制脉冲尖峰产生,在光纤激光器、超快激光研究和设备研发制造领域广泛应用。
